On 17th of May I was invited to join the London Street Atelier #NoSugar Brunch Class with teenagers in the spirit of Food Revolution Day.
It was really fun to see them handling carefully each step of the recipies.
We did giacamoles with seeds krackers and ripe tomatoes and nuts pesto, tabbouleh salad with parsley and cous cous, mackarel with cream and apples paste, chicken oaty fingers with different creme fresh sauces and of course banana chips and pumpkin muffins.
